Exchange/Store Credit/Refund
Our policy lasts 24hours from the time you receive product. If 25hours or more hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange/store credit/refund.

All Launch Date/Quickstrike/Limited Release product are subject to approval for return. Cancelled launch product orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for an exchange/store credit/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

CUSTOMER is responsible for shipping costs (both ways) when returning product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
